BubbleSoft Web Interface
This is the base mudule for BubbleSoft. Feature-full, it allows for creation and management of standards-based items, exams, and answer sheets.
• Create, Import, Align, Edit, and Manage Standardized Exams and Exam Questions
• WYSIWYG interface for editing Passages, Questions, Images, Tables, Lists, etc
• Automatic daily injestion of Teacher & School Roster information for easy printing of classwide student answer sheets
• Organize Exams into District or Teacher level folders, Public/Private, "Exams I Created", etc
• If an active Exam changes - an automatic email notification is sent to teachers of interest
• Includes integrated Student Answer Sheet Creation Software
• Customization based on district specification
• Utilizes existing employee login information for fewer passwords to remember
Auto-Formatted Exam Output Software
This module creates PDF files (for printing or online dissemination) from exams created in BubbleSoft using questions/passages from the item banks. Exams are nicely formatted giving a consistent look and feel. This module is not necessary if only online exams and/or imported exams are desired.
• Supports WYSIWYG Editable Passages, Questions, Images, Tables, Lists, etc
• Automated Formatting means teachers can choose passages & questions of interest
• Downloadable PDF Exam can be printed and/or copied then administered to students
• For younger students, answer bubbles can be combined inline with the questions.
• Exam is compatible with scan software.
Scanning Software Interface
• Automated Zone Template Creation, whenever exam answer sheets are printed
• Compatible with popular OMR scan software, such as Gravic's Remark Office OMR 7
• Includes Template Server, so every scan station may access the latest templates
• Automatic Daily Export of student answer data into your database
• Images of scan pages with multiple marks or partially filled-in bubbles automatically FTP'd for later resolution, if desired
Item Bank conversion tool
Already have an item bank? A customized tool can import the data into BubbleSoft giving your a pre-populated item bank that's ready to use.
• For converting your existing exam questions into Bubblesoft compatible format.
• Automated parsing of question and answer data into proper database fields
• Any "Passages" which correspond to more than one question are sorted into a separate database table for later use
• Also parses correct answer and corresponding standard, if any
• Images are organized into page number folders for later re-use
Grading / Reporting
• Student results and grades organized per exam, per class, per grade level, or per student
• Survey type results when no grades are desired
• Flexibly set up A through F grade boundaries, or 0 - N, or Grade on a Curve
• Set Performance bands, or use the defaults (Advanced, Proficient, Partially Proficient, Unsatisfactory, etc)
• Notification of untested students and unresolved scan issues (if any) for resolution if desired
Roster Creation / Management
• Create and Manage Custom Groups for administering special exams and/or surveys
• These newly created "rosters" are available to the BubbleSoft Exam Web Interface for easy printing of answer sheets
• Compatible with Bubblesoft Grading Module for easy tallying of the custom group's results
• Sub-Grouping allows for collating different slices of the data
Online Exams
• Administer any Bubblesoft Exam in an online webpage format
• Supports timed exams, and exams which are available only during specified periods of the day/week/year
• Save paper and avoid scanning of exam answer sheets
• Individual student logins are monitored
• Supports audio teacher instructions at the beginning of questions
• Supports webcam monitoring of person taking the exam
i-Clicker or Promethean Integration
• Bubblesoft exams can be administered interactively, where each student has an answer clicker
• Excellent for periodic quizzes, for example to monitor student comprehension
• Can even be used during daily lectures, to hold student interest and monitor progress
• Results are sent to same databases for grading and reporting if desired
User Login Management Interface
• Admin can add users and specify user name and user level
• Users change default password to a unique password they will remember
• Easy interface allows admin to add, delete, modify users

This module creates PDF files based on exam and roster information. A variety of answer sheets types are supported.

• Can have blank bubbles for the student ID (e.g. for late roster additions), or student ID filled in automatically
• Answer Keys - Bubble Answer Sheets with the correct answers filled in
• Multiple Measures Exam Answer Sheets
• Includes barcodes, instance IDs, zone information, etc to be compatible with OMR scan software
