Access and permissions throughout the system as well as options available to the user are based on user level and section (district vs. teacher).
Item Bank
)
Item banks contain the questions and passages available to use when creating exams. Items are searchable by Source or Standard. Options are edit, copy, delete, report an error, preview, and add new.

Adding a new item contains a WYSIWYG editor for questions, answers, and passages allowing for simple entry and greater style options. Questions are linked to up to 4 standards chosen from the standards database.
Importing/Creating an Exam
)
Basic info is added when making a new exam. If importing an existing exam, the option is given to upload a PDF file if the exam itself.

The standards to use within the exam are chosen from the database which is easily searchable by Subject and Grade.

When creating an exam using questions from the item bank, search by the standards chosen on the previous page.

All questions and their linked passage, if any, for that standard are shown with options to add to/remove from exam, preview, edit, or report an error. Points, question order, and answer labels are editable.

If importing an existing exam, each question number is tied to a standard and the correct answer is selected. Points and answer labels are editable.
Using an Exam

Navigate/modify the folders to view the available exams. Icons denote basic exam aspects such as Multiple Measure, if a printable exam is available, if non-standards based, etc. Open Exam Details to to get full options for the specific exam.

View full exam details and access exam options. Copy, edit, preview, or print exam, answer sheets, or answer key.

A PDF file is created of the exam for easy printing. Formatting is kept consistent and efficient for all exams created within BubbleSoft.

An answer key can be printed for any exam.
)
Answer sheets are printed based on roster.
)
Generic answer sheets can be printed for students not in the roster.
)
An answer sheet is created for each student with their name and id pre-filled in for easier exam administration and scanning.
Combination exam/answer sheets can be printed for younger students to fill in their answers on the exam itself. See the resolving scans image for example.
Managing Administred Exams
)
All exams that have been administered (had answer sheets printed) are listed with the number of answer sheets scanned, a link to the exam, a link to view the list of scans, and unresovled scanning issues noted.
)
View list of which student's answer sheets have been scanned for the particular exam/teacher/date. Unresolved scanning issues are available for viewing/resolution.
)
For resoving scanning issues, each unreadble question is listed with the option to mark the student's actual answer (even if blank or poorly marked).

An image of the appropriate page(s) of the student's scanned document is provided. This example if from a combo exam/answer sheet.
